2010 was a great year to grow syrah and viognier; not only grapes have achieved full ripeness but they have managed to keep fresh aromas of violet and plums with a savoury hint. Round on the palate with fine grained tannins which will soften over time, this wine leaves a long lasting finish with fantastic flavours of black fruits and pepper.
