Bottling beginning of March, the wine expresses the freshness, the crisp and the delicacy of youth. The nose is on stone fruits like apricot or yellow peach. The mouth is fresh and fleshy with some good acidity. A nice wine for this new vintage. Ideal served with fish terrines, mussels, cockles, omelettes, souffles, raw vegetables and creamy cheeses.
