The name of this wine is attached to the legend of the Grand Cru Brand, where a Dragon fought against the sun, Mortally wounded, the dragon withdrew in its cave to die. Light bright yellow. Lemon drop, honey and apricot on the slightly exotic nose. Then juicy and stony in the mouth, with brisk but harmonious acidity framing the orange and lemon fruit flavours. Tactile but not yet expansive, this fairly dense riesling is showing its serious side today. Serve with all types of fish – sushis – goat cheese – chicken on a creamy sauce – tartar of fish
