Intense yellow in colour with greenish tints. The nose is broad and packed full of varietal characteristics, with green citrus peel, star fruit, golden apple, almond, walnut and hints of ginger, sage, thyme and orange blossom. The savoury palate is elegant with lifted acidity and a lovely balance of fruit and mineral character. A typical bitter almond note comes through on the long finish.
