Light gold in colour with a fresh, lifted nose. Aromas of pear and ripe green apples dominate, with a touch of honey. Good breadth and depth of flavour on the palate which is floral and delicate, with a lovely balance between fruit and fresh acidity. The long finish has a light, nutty edge.
