Vilafonte ‘C’ is made from the most intense, powerful vines from the vineyard; very deep concentrated fruit; a predominance of Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet Franc with some Malbec/Merlot to round it out. Vilafonte has a high percentage of restrained new oak which integrates well with the fruit. It has great length. Bright flavours, black fruit and excellent acidity. Opulent aromas of black currant, dark cherry, licorice, chocolate, leather and fantasticly well-integrated oak lending to the incredible concentration and length.
