Chufas are tiny tubers, which grow in the ground in the region of Valencia. They look a bit like peanuts, but are not nuts. The Spanish dry them in the sun, grate them into powder, add water and sugar, then boil it up to make Horchata. It is one of the most popular drinks in Spain, and it is always served Ice Cold!
