The name means golden kisses. A mixture of brandy from Jerez and Horchata from Valencia. Horchata is a milky like drink, made from the Chufa. Chufas are tiny tubers, which grow in the ground in the region of Valencia. They look a bit like peanuts, but are not nuts. The Spanish dry them in the sun, grate them into powder, add water and sugar, then boil it up to make Horchata. It is one of the most popular drinks in Spain, and it is always served Ice Cold!
