A deliciously full-bodied and rich wine with complex stone fruit flavours and a touch of spice supported by underlying savoury oak notes and subtle bread-crust characters. The palate is elegant and full with firm and well balanced acidity and a lingering finish. Perfect for drinking immediately this Chardonnay will age well in the bottle with careful cellaring for up to five years from vintage date. Perfect with salmon, rich cream-based sauces or roast chicken.
