Small bubbles forming a very fine rosary and persistent crown. Golden yellow colour with golden reflections. Good intense aromas on the nose of mature fruits including peach and candied apricot, and aromas from the ageing of toasted dried fruits and wood. On the mouth good structure with good balance and carbonic potential. Aftertaste of pastries and mature fruits.
