Description
Bright straw yellow. Subtle and playful on the nose with aromas of white pepper, some tobacco and exotic fruit, mango and pineapple. The refreshing acidity pairs with the powerful, elegant body and a medium alcohol level. Spicy white pepper and a hint of fresh herbs on the palate. Long finish! Serve well chilled directly from the fridge. The wine perfectly accompanies grilled fish (even with creamy sauces), deep-fried dishes, the traditional Austrian Tafelspitz (beef pot-roast), but also grilled white meat such as chicken or veal. Drink now or age for 4-6 years.
