Bodegas Castaño – Castaño Dulce
Bodegas Castaño is a barrel-aged sweet red wine produced in the Yecla region and made from one hundred percent Monastrell.
Grapes’ harvest is at the end of October 2011 then undergoes fermentation and a long cool maceration with an aging process of six months in oak barrels.
