Bodegas Castaño – Castaño Dulce

Bodegas Castaño is a barrel-aged sweet red wine produced in the Yecla region and made from one hundred percent Monastrell.

Grapes’ harvest is at the end of October 2011 then undergoes fermentation and a long cool maceration with an aging process of six months in oak barrels.

The deep purplish red color of Castaño Dulce as well as black candied fruits, raisins, carob and black olives aromas make the whole packaging more saleable.
