Grapes are harvested individually in the second fortnight of September 2013 and undergo in malolactic fermentation and supreme maceration processes for sixteen (16) days with a controlled temperature of 26 – 28ºC.
Wine drinkers continuously patronize Castaño Colección because of the soft, voluminous and delicate palate, which marked elegant tannins.
The dark, intense, red and shiny color as well as the ripe black fruit aromas adds more appeal to the wine as a whole.
