Champagne Bollinger – Special Cuvee

The idea of the name Special Cuvee given by Georges Bollinger’s agent means “special” written in the English way without accent.

Special Cuvee is made from three famous grape varieties – Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier; matured in cellar aged for more than twice based from appellations requirements.

Because of proper maturation process, exceptional tasting notes were fully developed, which are favorable to all wine drinkers.

The core of Special Cuvee is wrapped with golden color of unique black grape varieties and very fine bubbles giving way to beautiful and complex aromas of ripe fruit and hints of roasted apples, apple compote and peaches.

On the palate, Special Cuvee has the combination of structure, length and vivacity; velvety bubbles and the spicy aromas of pear and brioche leading to the notes of fresh walnut.
