Chapel Hill – Reserve Shiraz Cabernet

Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon are two essential grape varieties in McLaren Vale, which are also famous in different countries.

Chapel Hill Reserve is a celebratory release wine to honor the 150th birthday of the building, which gave its name and home and also to mark the official opening of Seaview Chapel and School House 150 years ago.

The Reserve was the name used during the 90’s to symbolize wines of each vintage. It’s an abiding claret style of wine with a blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon.

During the growing season of grapes, the average rainfall contributed to a healthy beginning and the undertaking warm and cool climates contributed to achieving more flavors and development of tannin.
