Chapel Hill – The Devil Tawny

The Red Port is the blending together of various grape varieties. Devil Tawny is made predominantly from Shiraz and Grenache with a little of Muscat.

Harvesting of grapes is done carefully, selected and managed in small batches to make sure that the fantastic place of activity and varietals are well cultivated.

The aromas of roasted almonds with marzipan character and balanced with typical rancio character, which are all apparent because of the precise fermentation and maturation processes of wine.

These characteristics are suited with chocolate truffles, decadent soft cheeses as well as flavorful desserts.
