Chapel Hill – The Vinedresser Shiraz

Shiraz is probably one of the most essential grape varieties grown in Australia and is known to be the name given to the Syrah grape variety.

Grapes are harvested from February 20th to March 3rd of the year 2014 and carefully went through developmental growing season.

This impressive wine was released to honor the grape vine growers by using the words “I am a true vine” displayed in the ornate design followed by the line from a scripture, “My father is a vinedresser.”

After 15 months of aging in 100% French oak barrels, appealing tasting notes were fully developed.

The Vinedresser Shiraz offers the fruity aromas of black cherry, plum and blackberry, displays the flavors of blueberry and aniseed flavors with firm, fine tannins as well as balanced acidity.
