Da Vinci – Chianti Classico

Chianti Classico is red blended, produced in the hilly zone between Florence and Siena, made from 90% Sangiovese and 10% Merlot.

Chianti Classico wines are clear and deep purple red in color, with fruity and flowery aromas of cherry and violet.

New Allier and Cher barrels were taken as part of the wines as well as old barrels for the remaining parts.

Grapes’ juices are fermented at a controlled temperature of 28-29 ° C which lasts for 10 – 12 days with frequent gentle pumping over which helps to improve the quality, color as well as tannins of the Chianti Classico wines.
